We welcome you to join us for the KC Family weekend Thursday December 25th through Sunday the 28th.
GENERAL WEEKEND OVERVIEW
THURSDAY DEC 25
- 4PM Meet and Greet in Independence Conference Room.
- 5PM Buffet Dinner Served. Barbecue Beef Brisket, Chef’s Potato choice, Side Salad, Mixed Vegetable, Roll and Butter. (Alternative Chicken Breast available pre-order only)
- 6PM Games and fellowship
FRIDAY DEC 26
- 9:30AM-3PM Gym activity
- 3:00PM Registration Desk opens Hilton Garden Inn
- 6:00PM Hall opens
- 7:00PM Bible Study Friday Evening at the Hilton Garden Inn, followed by
- 8:30PM Meet and Greet hour including hors d’oeuvres for those who either signed up for Saturday dinner or reserved as part of their registration.
SATURDAY DEC 27
- 9:30am Hall Opens
- 10:00am Hymn Sing.
- 10:30-11:30am Morning Seminars
- Lunch On Your Own
- 2PM-4PM Sabbath Services
- After Sunset Silent Auction Begins
- 6:30PM Dinner Served, Doors open at 6PM Italian Dinner with an Art Show and Silent Auction. (Gluten Free Option available, must be ordered in advance)
- 7:30- 10pm Dinner Dance — “A Night in Jerusalem: The City on a Hill, Light of the World.”
Come dressed in Sabbath wear or in modest formal attire that reflects Jerusalem during Biblical times. - 8PM Silent Art Auction Winners announced
SUNDAY DEC 28
Enjoy a little extra rest, Sunday begins with seminars starting at 10:00AM followed by lunch from 11:30 to 12:30 free to all.
- 10:00-11:00am Bible Study/Seminar
- 11:30am -2:30 Lunch and Jerusalem Market Place and Games
- 2:30 Board Games and Fellowship
- 4PM Fajita Bar Dinner
Are you creative, artistic, or just plain willing to help? Then we could use your talents:
Submit something for the Silent Art auction: bring your artwork (Painting, drawing, photography, quilting, etc…) to sell at the silent auction, Saturday evening. (proceeds will go to pay for the kc family weekend). Contact Ashley Lee with questions – (913) 406-4199.
