Jason Scarborough: As most or all of the Kansas City brethren know, Mr. Jason Scarborough, died peacefully while in Hospice Care at John Knox Village, last Sunday afternoon, December 24th. Graveside services, followed by a reception, were held in Oak Grove, MO, yesterday (Friday). Jim Hutchins: Mr. Jim Hutchins has confirmed that he is scheduled for his second knee replacement surgery at 3:00 p.m. next Thursday, January 4th, at St. Luke’s East Hospital, Lee’s Summit, MO. Jim & Sherri would appreciate your prayers for a successful surgery and comfort during recovery.
Dean Manteufel: As an update on Mr. Dean Manteufel, he was in North Kansas City Hospital last Tuesday & Wednesday, due to a heart rhythm problem and weakening of his heart, where its functioning is down 30-35%. He is home now, but your prayers regarding his heart condition and his ongoing cancer, are certainly needed and appreciated.
