Local Announcements Feb 3 2018

VESPER HALL DINNER:

After services today, everyone will need to vacate the main hall (including your personal items), to allow about an hour for the designated set-up crew to re-arrange the hall with dinner tables, and to allow the designated kitchen crew to put out tableware and set-up the buffet line.  It is anticipated that the buffet line will open for dinner at about 4:00 PM.  Later in the evening, remaining desserts and snacks, as well as coffee, will be available.

VESPER HALL ACTIVITIES:

Starting at sunset (5:40 PM) or shortly thereafter, we will set-up for the evening’s activities, to includes the photo shoot, the pitch tournament, kid’s activities, and a preteen team activity; by the way, if you haven’t signed-up for the pitch tournament, don’t worry, you can still play!

VESPER HALL CLEAN-UP:

After the events of the day, please keep in mind that we must be completely out of Vesper Hall no later than 10:00 PM.  This means that the designated clean-up crews for the main hall & kitchen will need to begin their duties about 9:00 PM.  For brethren who brought crock pots, large drink containers, and serving-ware, please remember to gather-up your items promptly.
