We will have full use of the facility, including the main hall, two smaller rooms, and kitchen (with refrigerator)! For the dinner menu, iced tea, coffee, water, table-ware, and napkins will be furnished. Each family is asked to bring their favorite foods to share, such as a meat dish, vegetable or fruit salad, and desert, enough for your family and one or two other persons. Singles are asked to bring chips and soft drinks or fruit drinks (but NO beer or other alcohol). Please arrive early to allow for temporary storage and/or arranging of the food you are bringing. After Church services, everyone will need to vacate the main hall (including your personal items), to allow the set-up crew to re-arrange the hall.

As part of the February 3rd Church Social at Vesper Hall, there will be an organized Pitch card tournament after sundown. Please see the sign-up sheet located on the west Information Table if you are interested. You don’t need to know how to play, because instructions will be provided. Someone who recently played Pitch for the first time said it’s the best, most-fun card game he’s every played. There may even be fabulous prizes involved!
