UPDATE & PRAYER REQUEST FOR CODI MUELLER:
As you recall, Codi Mueller, the daughter of Jeremy & Amy Mueller had surgery at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, last Monday, June 25th. The report is that the surgery went well and Codi was discharged from the hospital. She is at home recovering and doing well. Your ongoing prayers for Codi’s complete recovery will be appreciated,
UPDATE & PRAYER REQUEST FOR PAULINE JERSETT:
Pauline Jersett reports: Thank you, brethren, for your prayers. I had a small mass removed from under my arm yesterday (Friday) afternoon. Recovery prevents me (and Bud) from being at services today. Please ask God for healing without complications. I have a pre-op appointment with the hip surgeon next Friday, July 6th.
PRAYER REQUEST FOR LINDA BODE:
Steve & Linda Bode are asking for your prayers for Linda. Recent tests have revealed that she may have bone-marrow cancer. She’s waiting to see a specialist for further testing and diagnosis. Linda has been anointed and is trusting in God for healing. The Bodes thank you for your prayers.
PRAYER REQUEST/UPDATE FOR BECKY WHITE
Becky underwent surgery this week on Monday and successfully had a pace maker installed. She went home on Tuesday and is continuing to improve following the surgery. Please pray for her continued recovery.
BIBLE STUDY – JULY 11:
Our next monthly Bible Study will be Wednesday, July 11th, at the Roger T. Sermon Community Center, 201 N. Dodgion Street, Independence, MO 64050 (SE corner of Truman & Noland roads). This time, we will be in the SECOND FLOOR meeting room, whose doors will open at least by 7:00 PM, with Bible Study starting at 7:30 PM. When you enter the building, go past the reception desk, then down the hall to the elevator, and go up to the 2nd floor’s only meeting room.
DON’T-MELT-AWAY-5K – JULY 15:

OZARKS FEAST RIDE REQUEST:
One of our Kansas City men needs a ride to & from the Feast in the Ozarks, and will be staying at the Quality Inn, 3501 Bagnell Dam Blvd. He hopes to find someone who will be driving to the Ozarks on Sunday, September 23rd (in time for the evening opening service), and returning to KC after the Last Great Day services on October 1st, or the morning after.
