CHILDREN’S BIBLE LESSON CLASS:
The Children’s Bible Lesson Class will be held today immediately after services, and starting on the next Level, Lesson #1. Please meet by the stage.
SPOKESMAN/GRADUATE CLUB:
The Spokesman/Graduate Club meeting is tonight, beginning at 6:30 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM. The location is the former
Summit Inn Hotel (recently re-named “Best Western Plus”), 4825 NE Lakewood Way, Lees Summit, located between Lakewood Blvd and Woods Chapel Road on the East side of 291, directly behind the Summit Grill Restaurant. If you are unsure of your assignment, please see the Club Secretary, Mr. Dustin Gooding.
LUMBERJACK WORK PROJECT:
All of those Lumberjacks who have signed-up, or others who would like to participate in the work project tomorrow, please meet today following services with Mr. Doug Burson, in the east hallway to the left of the stage. The work project will begin tomorrow at 9:00 AM at the home of Mr. John Wells, 2329 NE Lake Breeze Lane, Lees Summit 64086. Proceeds from the project will be used to defray costs for the Kansas City Family Weekend.
ADDITIONAL KC WEEKEND VOLUNTEERS:
For the Kansas City Weekend, a few more volunteers are needed to work a shift at the Information Table. Its a great way to meet people, to fellowship, and to get the inside-scoop on what is happening during the Weekend. If you would like to volunteer to serve at the Weekend’s Information Table, please see Steve or Linda Bode for more details. A sign-up list can be found on the west Information Table.
