AM ANNOUNCEMENTS (GIVEN BY MR. MILLICH):
LOST SONGBOOK:
Earlier this summer, a LARGE-PRINT songbook (hymnal), slightly larger but the same color as our standard songbooks, of the type sometimes used by choir directors & song-leaders, was accidentally collected after services along with the standard songbooks. It likely has Ron Wilson’s name on the inside cover. If you could check your songbooks to see if yours fits this description, please return it to Ron or Beryl Wilson. Thank you, from the Wilson’s!
OZARKS FEAST SITE REGISTRATION:
For those who have already registered for the Feast at the Lake-of-the-Ozarks, you do NOT need to re-register. But for others planning to attend, and have yet to register, please registered on-line immediately, since the Ozarks has been added back to the list of available sites. Also, for those wishing to stay at the Lodge of Four Seasons, please book your room immediately.

FEAST HOME-BOUND LIST:
On a chair or table at the rear wall of the Conference Room are copies of an address list of Kansas City area brethren unable to attend the Feast this year. The intent of the list is to provide you with the opportunity, during the Feast, to send a thoughtful card or note to these brethren, letting them know you are mindful of them. Feel free to pick up a copy of the list during the lunch-break or after services today, one copy per family, please. If we run out of copies, more will be available next Sabbath and on Atonement; or send an email to Mr. Damon, gdamon@kc.rr.com, and he will email a list back to you. The list can also be accessed on the kclcg.com website by clicking on the Resource Center tab and selecting Fall Holy Days.
LUNCH DURING THE NOON BREAK:
During the 2-hour lunch break, you may either:
- a) Bring your lunch and eat it inside the Conference Room (but NOT in the hallway). To further clarify, we are NOT permitted to take down the chairs and replace with tables, but we can temporarily move the chairs to eat in small groups and put them back when done.
- b) Purchase lunch at the BBQ restaurant adjacent to the Lobby (if overflow space is needed, you have permission to take your lunch into the bar area between the restaurant and Lobby). When ordering, verify with your waiter or waitress that your order does not have pork products (including deep-fried foods), and as otherwise needed to be sure of compliance with our dietary requirements.
- c) Drive to one of the sit-down restaurants or fast-food restaurants in the area.
SECURITY AND START-TIME FOR PM SERVICES:
During the lunch break, you may need to secure your personal belongings, since the Conference Room is not monitored as to security. After the lunch break, afternoon services will begin at 2:30 PM, so try to be seated at least five minutes before the start of services.
CHOIR REHEARSAL:
For those singing later in the Adult Choir, please meet by the piano immediately after the morning services.
