UPDATE ON BOB HARDEN:

This update from Joe Harden regarding his dad, Bob Harden:  My dad wanted to let everyone know that he is in the Monterey Park Nursing Home, room 502, located off Little Blue Parkway in Independence.

FROM THE STIFFLER FAMILY:

The Stiffler family thanks you for your sincere friendship during our time here with the KC Congregation.  We appreciate each conversation, shared meal, and opportunity to fellowship we’ve had with you.  We pray that God will take tender care of you, and we will miss you dearly.  We hope to see you at Feasts and family weekends.  Thank you also for your recent prayers for Steve; tests found no mass on his pancreas and he is feeling very well now.  God be with you until we meet again!

FOOD SIGN-UP LIST FOR BERYL WILSON:

As a reminder, on the Information Table at the rear of the hall is a sign-up list for brethren willing & able to provide food dishes for Beryl Wilson & family during Beryl’s recuperation for her broken arm.  This food assistance will still be needed for a number of week.  Pam Taylor and Pauline Jersett have offered to deliver food dishes brought to services on the Sabbath.  If you have questions, please see or call Mrs. Alice Damon (see bulletin for her phone number).

OZARKS FOT UPDATE:

For brethren who have recently tried to register for the Feast in the Ozarks, but found the Ozarks site no longer listed, here is an explanation from the Ozarks Festival Coordinator, Dr. Richard Franz:  We are keeping Ozarks site off the list for the time being so that people cannot register for it.  We understand that some people who are assigned there will NEED to register there eventually.  But we just don’t want to add to confusion by letting people register (and potentially make reservations for housing) when things are in limbo).  Please know that as soon as this is resolved, we’ll return the Ozarks site back to the list so they’ll be able to register.

FEAST RIDE:

For the Feast in the Ozarks, Dana Brookbank, has yet to find a ride.  If you can accommodate her, please see or call our Festival Advisor, Mr. George Damon, cellphone 913-200-8662, to put you in touch with Dana.

BIBLE LESSON CLASS

The Children’s YES Bible Lesson Class will meet today immediately after services to cover Lesson #9.
